A long time resident of Ellington, Kelly Nolin has always had a passion for supporting the local community. Kelly founded The Scoop in 2017 with a vision of providing a healthy alternative for local residents and guests alike, where you can take some time out of your day, and bring your family to enjoy our all natural frozen dessert treats made from scratch with local ingredients and play our outdoor games.
